Due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus threat in the world today, Vinyl Fire is temporarily instituting new changes beginning Monday, March 23, 2020 to protect our customers and our crew during this time of "social distancing" and even quarantines in some areas.
However, we really want to stand with the businesses that are trying their best to stay open during this trying time. Our economy depends on people being able to work and businesses continuing to more forward. We want to stay open as long as we can, and we want do everything we can to help you continue to work.
Pickup Window for Local Customers
The health and safety of our customers and crew is of paramount importance to us, so we've decided to temporarily close our lobby and showroom until things die down. Instead, if you choose to come pick up your products (or in the case of things that can't be shipped via our standard shipping options such as signs) we will meet you at the window for all order pickups. We've temporarily stopped asking for signatures for pickups and we have hand sanitizer available for any of our customers who would like to use it.
Our Turnaround Time
As the situation progresses, and depending on how well we are able to protect our team from illness, we will continue to strive for super fast turnaround on stickers and signs. In addition, we are taking active steps to be ahead of any supply shortages. However, we can't honestly say we know what tomorrow brings, so we will ask for your understanding and patience during this time. We take very seriously our role in supporting you and your business, so we will do everything we can to keep up the level of service you've come to know and expect from Vinyl Fire.
